Credits, Returns and Exchanges:

No refunds. Articles in original condition with original packaging with attached price tag, with original receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of sale.

 

Sales and Use Tax:

If merchandise is shipped outside of New York State and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax.

 

Layaway Policy:

Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date on this receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment before the end of this period, the items) will be returned to stock. The original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded after said 90 days, but can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise. Deposits on any layaway account canceled prior to 90 days are subject to the above credit and exchanges terms.
